Biggest plus for me is the passive activities city maintained Coombes Park which is located down the pathway across from this home. The Kate Paceway Bike Path and public access to Lake Nipissing are near by.
Also within a short walk, No Frills and the 24 Hour Metro groceries stores, the Nipissing Plaza and North Bay Mall with Galazy Cinema, Shoppers Drug Mart and Giant Tiger; the Beer Store and the LCBO are close by as are restaurants East Side Mario's, JT's Sushi and North Bay's own Greco's Pizza.
There are public, separate and French core elementary schools near by, a public secondary high school and daycare options.
