"Purchasing your first home is a stressful task.
Steve helped us find our dream country home and accommodated our busy schedule during our search. It was convenient for us to be able to contact Steve via text rather than phone call as an outdoor worker and shift worker. We saw a few duds (that we asked to view), and even when spirits were low, he assured us we would find one that would fit our needs.
Our search ended in Bonfield, Ontario (where we hadn’t even considered looking at first) on a beautiful treed 2 acre lot with a bungalow that exceeded the items on our wish list.
